We accept returns on full-priced and pre-order items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt.
Purchases made with AfterPay, Zip Pay, or discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

We proudly use 100% Woolmark-certified Australian Merino Wool. While our first collection in 2019 was made in Australia, we moved manufacturing offshore to a family-run, BSCI-certified factory in China to support our growth. Our commitment to quality and ethical production remains unchanged, and we hope to bring manufacturing back to Australia in the future.
